Since receiving our first certification in 2019, we have steadily strengthened our commitment to sustainability.
We have implemented concrete actions across our organization to improve our social and environmental impact, and we are proud to see this reflected in our score on the 2025 recertification.
Chiesi as a B Corp
Since 2018, Chiesi has used B Lab’s B Impact Assessment every year to track and improve our sustainability performance.
B Corp certification is a milestone we are proud of, but it is not our finish line. It represents ongoing progress and a long-term commitment to creating shared value for all our stakeholders.
A Journey of Continuous Improvement

In 2025, we have successfully recertified by undergoing a rigorous assessment of our entire operations , meeting B Lab’s standards for B Corp Certification (V1.6). We have also disclosed our results transparently on our public B Corp profile on B Lab’s website. This achievement validates our commitment to continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability to external international standards.
